Beaver Ridge Online Auction Site!

Our auction is an important fundraising event for the church held during the fall and a great way to bring people together.

 

Do you have a special talent, skill, or a unique service to offer? Can you host a dinner or offer an interesting outing? Then you've come to the right place.

2024 Auction Time at Beaver Ridge has ended.

The Bidding closed on Wednesday, Nov. 20 at 9 pm.

 

  • The first Online Auction is in the history books.  What a great turnout at the Hoedown.  The food was great, the music wonderful, the smores fabulous, 

  • A great big thank you to the donors and bidders.  We could not have done it without you.  The prayers that went to God says it all in the believers that participated in the auction.  The monies raised will help accomplish so much at Beaver Ridge.  You can still DONATE to the BRUMC AUCTION.

TO PAY AND PICK UP YOUR ITEMS

1. After the auction:

   a. Navigate to "My Statement," print it out, and bring the printout with you when you collect your items.

   b. The buyer and the donor should communicate with each other.

2. To make a payment:

  1. Please pay online using a credit card. Remember to print your receipt and bring it with you at the time of pick-up.

  2. Alternatively, you can bring your payment and hand it to Leslie Little or Connie Dagley after the service in the library on either November 24th or December 1st.

  3. If you make your payment to David, the Treasurer, he will record the transaction and mark it on your statement as paid. (See 1A)

3.  A convenient pick-up point will be the church library on Sun, Nov. 24th following worship & Sun. Dec 1st.  Donors and Bidders can make their own arrangements.

Paying Online
Proceed to our online payment site by choosing "Give" from our menu above.

  • under Donation, choose "one-time"

  • under Fund choose "Other Special".

  • under "optional" enter "Auction" and the item # you are paying for.

  • Enter "Amount" you are paying

  • choose the "Submit" button.

Now you've paid online.

Or you can choose to pay by check or cash through the church.  Plese denote Auction & item #(s) on checks.

If you won a gift card in the Auction, please plan to see the Auction Committee on Sunday morning, Nov. 24th in the Library following worship to pick up your gift card.  You will need to either have paid online prior to Sunday or have a check or cash handy.
